I can write on and on about being a Multi-Million Dollar Producer for the past several years and that I am a member of the International Sterling Society, but that is just the bonus of Selling Real Estate.
I do not do just one area of Real Estate, just homes or just waterfront or just vacant land that would not work in Northern Michigan.
Ogemaw, Arenac Iosco and surrounding counties, real estate agents are expected to know how to find the four corners of an 80 acre parcel that is in the middle of State Land with an easement, down to the stakes on a 60' lakefront lot. We have to know or at least know where to find the zoning restrictions for the vacant land we are showing and or where the sun rise or sun set lights up the back yard of a home.
But what I do know is that every day I have an opportunity to meet someone new, to peek around a house I have never seen, to admire someone's imagination at work in color and design. That is the best thing possible about this job of "Selling Real Estate".
I don't really view it as a "job". What I do is matchmaking. Home/property/ to the best owner for that particular place. I do listen to the requirements and the desires and hopefully never waste your time.
My office is Located at Lake Ogemaw. A beautiful lake that I get to see all day and even though I don't live on the lake I am on it and around it as much as possible. Lake ogemaw is private lake of approx. 650 acres. 75% of it is "man made". There are five islands to cruise around and several channels and covers. There is a sand bar that is the play place for the kids, park your boat around it and they play in the middle. A wonderful community that has an association that makes the holidays an event you can join in, such as Halloween costume party, New years Eve and 4th of July. They also have several of their own events geared to the kids.
Ogemaw County has "30 LAKES IN 30 MINUTES" All located among beautiful woods and hills. I know where they are and I won't get your lost. Plan to spend the day.
