The Company Background
A Brief History of Our Organization

Arnold Dunbar founded the company in 1972 when he opened Earl Keim Realty of West Branch. He was joined by William Bell in the early 80's and the company became known as Red Carpet Keim Realty Dunbar-Bell & Associates. In the mid 90's the company changed franchises and became known as Coldwell Banker Dunbar-Bell & Associates. In May of 2006 we terminated our relationship with Coldwell Banker and are now known simply as Dunbar-Bell & Associates.

Throughtout the decades our company has listed and sold thousands of homes and cottages, as well as vacant and commercial properties. We have built an impressive record of large commercial transactions, some of which include: the listing and sale of the land now occupied by K-Mart and Glens; the sale of the land on which the Ponderosa resturant was built; the building now known as Coyle's Plaza; the land on which the Wal-Mart Super Center was built; the St. Helen Marina and the Lake Ogemaw Marina.
